These Terms of Use (“Terms”) are an agreement between you and NgheRo.Vn (“we,” “our,” or “us”) governing your use of our mobile application Bubble Level & Camera Angle (“the App”) and related services.
By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App. These Terms should be read together with our Privacy Policy.
1. License to Use
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for your personal, non-commercial purposes on devices you own or control, subject to these Terms.
You may not:
- Copy, modify, or create derivative works based on the App
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the App, except as permitted by applicable law
- Resell, rent, lease, or redistribute the App
- Use the App for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose
2. Measurement Disclaimer
The App provides level, angle, plumb, flatness, and camera guide tools for general utility purposes.
The App is not a professional surveying, engineering, construction, calibration, or safety-certification instrument. Measurements may be affected by device sensors, sensor calibration, device case, camera alignment, magnetic or physical interference, surface condition, temperature, vibration, and how the device is held or placed.
You are responsible for checking calibration, confirming measurements with appropriate professional tools where needed, and deciding whether the App is suitable for your intended use.
Do not rely on the App as the sole basis for decisions involving structural safety, construction compliance, legal measurement requirements, industrial quality control, medical use, or any situation where inaccurate measurements could cause injury, property damage, financial loss, or legal consequences.
3. Camera and Photo Features
The App may provide camera-based angle finder and photo capture features. You are responsible for using camera features lawfully and respectfully, including not capturing people, private property, confidential information, or restricted locations without any consent or permission required by law.
Captured images may be saved to your device when you choose to use photo features. You are responsible for managing, sharing, exporting, or deleting those images.
4. Paid Features and Payment
The App may offer free features and paid features, currently a one-time “Lifetime” purchase, displayed and described in the App at the time of purchase.
- Payments are processed by the Apple App Store or Google Play and will be charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account.
- The App does not offer subscriptions. Nothing in the App renews automatically.
- Refunds are handled by Apple or Google according to their own policies; we do not process or guarantee refunds directly.
- The Lifetime purchase is a single, non-recurring charge that unlocks the paid features permanently, and remains subject to Apple’s or Google’s refund policies. You can restore a previous purchase from within the App.
Pricing and the features included in each plan may change over time; the price shown in the App at the time of purchase is the price that applies to you.
5. Rules of Use
When using the App, you agree not to:
- Violate any applicable law or regulation
- Gain unauthorized access to our servers, systems, or networks
- Interfere with or disrupt the operation of the App or related infrastructure
- Use automated tools, bots, or scripts to access or exploit the App outside of normal usage
- Use the App’s camera or sharing features in a way that violates another person’s privacy, intellectual property, or legal rights
- Misrepresent App measurements as certified, official, or professionally verified unless you have independently verified them with suitable equipment
You are responsible for complying with all applicable laws and safety requirements related to your use of the App.
6. Intellectual Property
The App, including its source code, design, interface, logos, graphics, and related content, is owned by NgheRo.Vn and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any ownership rights in the App beyond the limited license described in Section 1.
7. Privacy
Our collection and processing of information when you use the App is described in our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, reliability, or non-infringement.
We do not warrant that the App will operate continuously, uninterrupted, error-free, or that it will meet any of your specific requirements. We also do not warrant that any measurement, guide line, saved result, or camera overlay will be accurate enough for your specific use case.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the App.
- We are not liable for any injury, property damage, construction defect, measurement error, lost profit, data loss, or other harm arising from reliance on the App’s measurements, guide lines, saved results, or camera overlays.
- Our total liability to you, in any case, will not exceed the amount you paid for the App in the 12 months preceding the claim.
This limitation does not apply to liability arising from our willful misconduct or gross negligence, or to the extent such liability cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the App, without prior notice, if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct we deem harmful to the App, other users, or us.
You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it from your device. Uninstalling does not refund a purchase; purchases are handled by Apple or Google (see Section 4).
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make changes, we will revise the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam, except where mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence provide otherwise and take precedence.
13. Additional Terms for the Apple App Store
If you downloaded the App from the Apple App Store, the following additional terms apply:
- These Terms are an agreement between you and NgheRo.Vn, not with Apple. Apple has no obligation whatsoever with respect to the App.
- Apple has no obligation to furnish any maintenance or support services for the App.
- In the event of any failure of the App to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple will refund the purchase price for the App, if any; to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Apple has no other warranty obligation whatsoever with respect to the App.
- Apple is not responsible for addressing any claims by you or any third party relating to the App, including product liability claims, any claim that the App fails to conform to any applicable legal or regulatory requirement, and claims arising under consumer protection law.
- Apple is not responsible for the investigation, defense, settlement, and discharge of any third-party claim that the App or your possession and use of the App infringes that third party’s intellectual property rights.
- You represent and warrant that you are not located in a country subject to a U.S. Government embargo or that has been designated by the U.S. Government as a “terrorist supporting” country, and that you are not listed on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties.
- Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms, and upon your acceptance of these Terms, Apple will have the right to enforce these Terms against you as a third-party beneficiary.
